Care to Stay Home has been partnering with Home Care Pulse for the last 6 years to survey our clients and collect feedback on how we can improve our service. Home Care Pulse is a third-party company that gathers feedback and satisfaction ratings from our caregivers and clients. The feedback gathered is reviewed so that we can improve and provide the best care possible. Home Care Pulse complies with all state and federal confidentiality laws so they will never ask you for any personal, financial or health information. We are dedicated to providing you with the best in-home care services possible which is why we value your feedback as it is our goal to make sure that you are satisfied with our services.
What to Expect
As one of our clients, you or a designated family member will receive a call from Home Care Pulse. The survey should only take approximately 5 minutes to complete, depending on your answers. They will ask you to rate your services on a scale of 1-10 in several categories and to provide your honest feedback. This information is never shared with anyone other than Care To Stay Home and is used to understand how we can best serve you or your family member(s). Once you have shared your feedback in a survey, you will not be contacted again for at least 6 months. This means, at most, you can be called and surveyed twice a year.

9-10: You are Very Satisfied
7-8: Average
1-6: You are Very Unsatisfied
You will be given the option to remain anonymous if you do not want us to know that you answered the survey but we at Care To Stay Home would like the opportunity to either address any concerns you may have or to thank you for your positive feedback. You will also be given the option as to whether we at Care To Stay Home can use your survey responses for marketing purposes. We take these surveys very seriously as our vision is to be the best and provide you with the best service possible. We thank you for taking the time to complete these surveys.
