Dear caregivers,
We want to take this opportunity to express our most sincere gratitude for all your hard
work and for always providing the best care. We hope that you can feel our appreciation
and always feel encouraged to communicate with the office staff for any concerns,
suggestions, or questions.
As the end of this year is fast approaching, we feel it is important to send a reminder
about the end of year bonus program. The deadline to be eligible for this bonus is December 31st, 2020.
Qualifications:
 Caregiver must meet qualifications before 12/31/2020
 Must be actively certified as an HCA, NAC, or NAR exempt
 Must have all the CTSH recommended training for 2020
 Must have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in the calendar year
 The employee must be in good standing
CTSH Recommended training:
 Dementia Level 1
 Mental Health Level 1
 Nurse Delegation
 Nurse Delegation- Diabetes
 CPR
 HCA or NAC
 OTAGO
 COVID-19
 Annual credential renewal CEUs
 Defensive Driver
 Elder Abuse Prevention
 Annual Team Meeting Training
 Completed on-boarding
